  • Service page optimization. Every service page we scope gets the same treatment. If a page is too thin to optimize, I’ll tell you upfront and we’ll agree on the right approach before I start.

No, and that’s the point. This is a one-time setup designed to get you running on your own. I make the profile updates as part of the engagement, then hand you the guide to maintain it. Ongoing management is a separate conversation and dependent on availability and budget.

Not in this package. I review your homepage, service, and location pages and tell you exactly what to fix, but the website work is yours to implement. Anything done-for-you is a separate scope.

The $500 starting price covers a single-location business. More locations or a wider set of services means a bit more work, so we’ll talk through pricing on the onboarding call.

No. I’m based in Fort Myers and work with a lot of Southwest Florida businesses, but local SEO works the same wherever you are. If you’re a local business anywhere, this can work for you.

The Setup covers your Google Business Profile and hands you a plan for your website. The Buildout covers all of that, plus I go into your site and do the optimization work myself. Homepage, service pages, location pages — I’m the one rewriting the copy, fixing the structure, and making the on-page changes.

It depends on your site. We scope it together on the discovery call based on what you have, what your business needs, and what will actually move the needle. The starting price reflects a typical single-location business with a handful of service pages. More pages or more complex sites are quoted accordingly.

Both, depending on what the page needs. Some pages just need structural fixes and better title tags. Others have copy that isn’t doing any work and needs a rewrite. I do what will get results, not a fixed checklist. You’ll know exactly what I’m planning before I touch anything.
